1. Overview
Ledger PLLC ("Ledger," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, or otherwise processed when you use our mobile games and applications, visit this website, communicate with support, or interact with related services (collectively, the "Services").
The data handled by a particular Service depends on the app, the features you use, your device settings, your region, and the third-party services that support the app. We aim to collect only information reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services.
2. Scope and responsibility
This policy applies to our published Android applications, related websites, and direct support communications. It does not govern third-party websites, app stores, advertising networks, analytics providers, device platforms, or services that have their own privacy policies.
Google Play processes downloads, purchases, subscriptions, refunds, reviews, and certain device or account information under Google's own terms. We do not receive your complete payment-card details from Google Play.
3. Information we may handle
3.1 Information you provide
- Support communications: your email address, message, screenshots, device details, and any information you voluntarily include when contacting us.
- Content entered in an app: requests, checklist items, notes, names, contact details, or other text you choose to create in Bean & Ledger Connect.
- Purchase and support references: transaction identifiers, purchase status, or receipts when needed to verify an in-app purchase or resolve a billing issue. Full payment credentials are processed by the app store, not by us.
3.2 Information collected automatically
- Device and identifiers: device type, operating system version, language, country or region, app version, advertising identifier, and other device or app-instance identifiers.
- App activity: launches, screens viewed, game events, session length, challenge progress, interactions, purchase events, ad impressions, and feature usage.
- Diagnostics and performance: crash reports, error logs, loading time, memory or battery performance, and technical troubleshooting data.
- Approximate location: a broad location inferred from IP address or device signals, generally for analytics, fraud prevention, regional settings, or advertising. We do not need precise GPS location for core gameplay.
- Purchase activity and financial information: purchase history, transaction status, or related records supplied by the app store when needed to deliver content, measure purchases, prevent fraud, or resolve support issues. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
3.3 Device permissions
Our apps may request only the device permissions needed for available features. Android lets you review or revoke permissions in system settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the related feature from working, but should not affect unrelated functions.

We may process information to:
- provide, operate, maintain, and personalize gameplay and app features;
- save settings, progress, preferences, requests, checklists, or other user-directed content;
- deliver advertising, measure ad performance, limit repeated ads, and detect invalid traffic where applicable;
- understand feature usage, balance game experiences, fix crashes, and improve reliability;
- process and verify purchases through the applicable app-store platform;
- respond to support requests and send service-related communications;
- protect users, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, and comply with law; and

Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing completed before withdrawal.
7. Your choices and controls
- Advertising controls: reset or delete your device advertising identifier, limit ad personalization, or adjust privacy controls in Android and Google settings.
- Permissions: review and change app permissions through your device settings.
- Local data: clear app storage or uninstall the app. This can remove locally stored progress, preferences, requests, checklists, or notes and may not be reversible.
- Support and deletion requests: contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited records when legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Services may be available to a general audience, but they are not intended to invite children to submit personal information directly to us. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. Age requirements and parental-consent rules vary by country.
Advertising and analytics providers may apply child- or family-appropriate treatment where required by platform rules and applicable law. Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
9. Security, retention, and international transfers
9.1 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. However, no mobile app, network, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure. Bean & Ledger Connect is currently declared on Google Play as not encrypting collected data in transit; users should not enter passwords, payment-card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive data into free-text fields.
9.2 Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, app, account status, and legal requirements. Local app data may remain on your device until you delete it, clear storage, or uninstall the app.
9.3 International transfers
We and our providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for cross-border transfers.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision. You may also have the right to complain to a local data-protection authority.
Submit a request by email with the app name and enough information for us to understand the request. To protect users, we may ask for reasonable verification. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Some information may be exempt from a request or retained where permitted by law, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, billing, or dispute resolution.
11. Third-party links and policy changes
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update this policy to reflect changes to our apps, providers, legal requirements, or business practices. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where required. Continued use after an update means the revised policy applies to future use.
