Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Ledger PLLC ("Ledger," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of Draw Strike: Zombie Zone, Obby Run Escape Challenge, Bean & Ledger Connect, our websites, and related content or services (collectively, the "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using a Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and minors

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement in your country. If you are below the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use. Parents and guardians are responsible for activity and purchases made by minors under their supervision.

You may not use the Services where doing so is prohibited by law, sanctions, export controls, platform rules, or a prior suspension.

3. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Ledger grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use the Services on compatible devices that you own or control, solely for lawful personal use or the intended internal organizational purpose of the relevant app.

The Services are licensed, not sold. Except where law does not permit a restriction, you may not:

• copy, distribute, publicly display, sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit a Service or its content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract source code, or attempt to bypass technical protections;
• modify, translate, create derivative works, or use assets outside the Service;
• use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, cheats, exploits, or unauthorized software to alter gameplay or service operation;
• remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices; or
• use the Services to develop, train, or benchmark a competing product without written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Services or other users. Prohibited conduct includes:

• harassment, threats, hateful or abusive behavior, impersonation, or unlawful content;
• attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data;
• introducing malware, overloading infrastructure, disrupting availability, or bypassing security;
• fraud, payment abuse, false refund claims, ad fraud, or manipulating rewards, ranks, scores, or progression;
• uploading or entering content that infringes privacy, intellectual-property, contractual, or other rights;
• collecting information about others without lawful permission; or
• using the Services for illegal, regulated, or high-risk professional activity.

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or third parties.

5. Gameplay, progress, rewards, and user content

5.1 Game progress and virtual items

Draw Strike: Zombie Zone and Obby Run Escape Challenge may include EXP, weapons, upgrades, coins, rewards, cosmetics, character items, rankings, and other virtual game content. Virtual items are licensed for use within the applicable game; they have no cash value, are not property, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside authorized game functions.

We may balance, modify, move, suspend, or remove game modes, scores, rewards, virtual items, or progression when reasonably needed for gameplay, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. Local progress may be lost if you clear app data, change devices, uninstall the game, or experience device failure. Unless an app explicitly provides cloud backup, you should not assume progress will transfer between devices.

5.2 Content you create

Bean & Ledger Connect may let you create requests, checklists, notes, or other content ("User Content"). You retain rights you hold in User Content. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and support the Service.

You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have permission to enter it. Do not store passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records, confidential client data, trade secrets, or other highly sensitive information in the app.

6. Purchases, ads, and refunds

6.1 In-app purchases

Some Services may offer in-app purchases. Prices, taxes, payment processing, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Google Play or another applicable store under its terms. We do not control the store's billing systems and do not receive complete payment-card information.

Purchases are generally final except where the store's policy or applicable law provides otherwise. If a purchase does not appear, contact us with the app name and store transaction reference, but never email full payment-card details.

6.2 Virtual currency and items

Purchased or earned virtual content may only be used inside the applicable Service. It is not redeemable for money, has no guaranteed exchange value, and may not be transferred. Unauthorized sellers and marketplaces are not supported.

7. Advertising and third-party services

Draw Strike: Zombie Zone and Obby Run Escape Challenge may display advertising or offer optional ad-supported rewards. Ad availability, content, and reward eligibility can vary by device, region, age setting, connectivity, and provider. We do not guarantee that a particular advertisement or reward opportunity will always be available.

The Services may link to or integrate app stores, ad networks, analytics tools, operating-system services, or third-party websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Ledger does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, transactions, or practices.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

Ledger and its licensors own the Services and all related software, game mechanics, designs, graphics, characters, interfaces, text, audio, trademarks, and other content, excluding User Content and third-party materials. These rights are protected by intellectual-property laws.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law. You are not required to submit feedback.

9. Updates, availability, and changes

We may release updates that fix bugs, add or remove features, improve security, change compatibility, or rebalance gameplay. Some updates may be required to continue using a Service. We do not promise that any Service, mode, feature, server, reward, or integration will always be available.

We may suspend or discontinue all or part of a Service at any time, subject to applicable law. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, connectivity problems, device limitations, or third-party outages may interrupt access.

10. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." LEDGER DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

We do not guarantee that game progress will never be lost, that app content will meet your needs, that defects will be corrected, or that information in Bean & Ledger Connect is complete or suitable for a business, legal, tax, accounting, or professional decision. You remain responsible for reviewing important information and maintaining independent backups where appropriate.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability and indemnity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEDGER AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, GAME PROGRESS, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to us through the applicable Service during the 12 months before the claim or US $50, unless applicable law requires a different amount or remedy.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ledger harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use, your User Content, or your material violation of these Terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Ledger's own unlawful conduct.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, engage in fraud or abuse, or if a Service is discontinued.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute provisions, and accrued obligations — will remain effective.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Ledger operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer law in your country applies. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law, including any right to bring a matter before an authorized consumer-protection body or court.

14. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms when Services, laws, or business practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where legally required. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the Services.

If a provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law. These Terms and referenced policies constitute the entire agreement concerning the Services.
